Here are some photos i grabbed from ili's fb taken from those sr days.

wow, i never knew our ex-captain cared so much bout her hair. haha!

Inter-school com.
We had our room, the first feeling i stepped in was quite shiok. lol!

This is how we looked like during training on our old field.
I hated doing drills & warming ups & practicing shooting,
i'd always wanted to just get straight to playing a match against ourselves.

I never get to see our new & improved field 'til now...NICE!

& I'm back from the tiring ride from ubin yesterday.
Some slopes are crazily tedious which left me desperately gasping for air.
We covered most of the grounds,
so i'd say i do feel a sense of accomplishment!
Boat ride to & fro is 5 bucks, & 8 bucks for the bicycle for the whole day!

Starting & ending point.

One end of ubin, Ketam Mountain Bike Park.
I'd say the roads here are the most uncomfortable to cycle,
with small stones everywhere.
Very bumpy. Then out of nowhere, there'll be bigger stones.
If going downhill(some are real steep man),
& you ride into these bigger stones, haha, then good luck.

It was like a desert here. Totally.
We sought shelter & came across lotsa of lizards with different skins.
One of them got this 'snake-skin'.
Lizards there looks cooler compared to house lizards.
BUT they're equally turn-offs. haha!

Then we got busy cycling back to the jetty area to take a break.
Not much photos huh. Hands busy holding the handles lah! Lol!

Off we go to the other end of ubin.
I think this will be more familiar to you guys; Chek Jawa.
This 'house' has the only working fireplace in Singapore!
But then again, who needs one in this burning hot country?!

A japanese tourist we met walked all the way here, kudos!

Hahaa! There's one previous part which was funnily awkward.

We were cycling, then ili was ahead so i lag behind.

Then this same jap tourist said "Hello!" to me,

so i replied "YES?" cos i tot he's another soul who got lost.

He was quite taken aback...then he smiled,

"errr. no no, i just saying hello...Hello!"

HAHAHAHA, awkward.

I gave him a "hello!" back too & off i cycled...away from him. LOL!

Already exhausted but i wanted to climb to the top!

Almost fainting when i reached.

Look at the small pea sticking out at the top, that's ME!

Actually at that moment in time,

i only dare to focus on looking at the cam,

cos it's pretty scary looking down from such high heights!!!

Busy carving the wood with our names with our keys.

Lucky i can still open my house door after that, ha!

We spent much time here observing the wild life.

Very happy i had ili with her pro cam along,

or else we wouldnt have such nice shots.

Saw about 4 different coloured crabs.

This being one of them, & the weirdest looking one too.

Really tiny creatures. I've no idea what they're called.

Maybe i shall google them somehow later, ha!

The biggest mudskipper we saw yesterday.

& also the biggest crab hiding somewhere here in the dirty water.

This dragonfly aspire to be a model in its next life.

I din fly away when ili was so close to it, must be posing for a shot.

tsk tsk.

AHA!

The monkey was stealing bread from the bicycle belonging to a china man.

We were cheering how smart the monkey is

while the poor man's food got stolen, lol!

& when we were heading back,

there were several monkeys looking as if they wanna fight.

Lucky some guys help to pave the way,

or else i'll be stuck there for quite some time.

We also visited their garden growing chili, spinach and blah blah...

reminds myself of gardening. omg.

Then ili saw a snake! Aiya, i missed it, i only saw something moving.

The journey was about 5 hours, woohoo!

& the heat actually melted my fake tattoo, goodness.

Ok, thats all! Now i'm gonna be late meeting my friends!
